REAL ESTATE CONGRESS COSTA RICA 2022

With a full house of attendees, the "Costa Rica Real Estate Congress 2022" was held in the city of San José, on September 22 and 23 and organized by the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR), with the main objective of creating great opportunities among professionals in the Latin American real estate sector, through ideal events to share experiences and knowledge about new trends in the sector and the success of the joint work between the sister countries, calling for the opening of borders that allow the promotion of new business opportunities and the attraction of foreign investments.

In this international congress our CEO - Jose Boyd, had the opportunity to participate as a moderator during the panel "The Success of Franchises in the Real Estate Sector" and as a speaker where he presented the topic:

"Free Zones in Emerging Markets", being Panama, leader in the region, the country with the best projections and sustained economic stability in the last two decades, thanks to our privileged geographical position and the multiple services and benefits offered through it.

Panama and Costa Rica as neighboring countries play a key role in this area and in the region, in which the special economic regimes of free zones and logistics platforms stand out in a relevant way. Hubs that drive industrial development to significant impact, functioning as engines of foreign trade chains through their logistics centers for exports, exponentializing the competitiveness of countries, allowing the generation of direct - indirect jobs and linking the local economy with the countries worldwide.

The Real Estate Congress was a complete success, and we appreciate the cordial invitation to the Board of Directors and congratulate our great friend and colleague, Adrián Mora Solano, President of CCCBR, for connecting and inspiring us.
