The Panamanian real estate sector is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing environments in Latin America
Boyd's Realty with extensive experience in the development of the real estate sector in Panama and internationally, in a strategic alliance with PROPANAMA (Authority for the Attraction of Investments and Promotion of Exports), with the joint desire and objective of promoting new opportunities for business and foreign investments in the Panamanian real estate sector, we joined forces to finalize a Collaboration Agreement that allows promoting a joint education program, with the AMPI (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals) and the Panamanian real estate sector, which promotes the development and growth of our sector.
For this reason we extended a cordial invitation to the president of the AMPI, Mr. Pedro Fernández and his vice president, Mrs. Florencia Estrada to offer them through a programmed agenda during their stay in Panama and they could experience first-hand all the incredible opportunities of investment and its benefits for its members and customers.
The agenda first included as a highlight the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between PROPANAMA and AMPI, as well as we visited exclusive residential projects, one of them being Ocean Reef Island in Punta Pacifica, as an emblematic project of the region. We also present the range of commercial opportunities and industrial-logistics infrastructures, with a tour and advice on the regimes, spice laws of free zones, visiting the Panapark Free Zone, the largest private free zone in Panama.
The Panamanian real estate sector is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing environments in Latin America, with special incentives for foreign investment, because Panama is well known for its geographical position and the many advantages it has as a Logistics, Financial Hub and Digital for the Americas.
We emphasize, this meeting was thanks to the excellent and timely relationship that Boyd's Realty maintains with the real estate sector in both countries.
