Boyd’s Realty with the special company of PROPANAMA, we visited the prestigious largest private free zone in Panama "PANAPARK Free Zone" participating in meetings and tours with the Management team of COINLA (consortium in charge of this important venue).

Panapark offers an industrial development that includes 53.5 hectares, being 49 hectares for Industrial, Logistic and Services use and 4.5 hectares for Commercial development located at the entrance of the complex. Its master plan is divided into stages, where its First Stage has been completed, it is fully operational with operating companies and others in the process of installation.
Its Infrastructure provides a diversity of products such as warehouses, lots, large lots, BTS (custom construction).
It has a strategic location in the eastern sector of the capital and is under a special regime of free zones "Law 32" that includes tax incentives (tax and customs exemptions), labor and immigration benefits, allowing activities such as:
- Higher Education and Scientific Research Centers
- High technology
- Assembly, Manufacturing and Value added to product
- Finished or semi-finished product processing company
- Logistics, Others
Among its strengths we can mention that it offers flexibility in business models such as: purchase, sale, rent and rent with option to purchase, compared to other existing regimes in Panama.
